Returns & Refunds

I want you to love what you get from Creative Momster, but because everything here is hand-made, small-batch, or digital, my return policy looks a little different from a typical store.

Physical Products

All physical products, including Cozy Chaos Club bundles, coloring cards, stickers, and any other tangible item, are final sale. I'm not able to accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.

This includes items purchased at full price, on sale, or as part of a subscription.

Damaged or Lost in the Mail

Sometimes the postal system has other plans, and an order arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't arrive at all. Since bundles ship with standard postage and don't include tracking, if that happens, reach out to me at hello@creativemomster.com within 30 days of your most recent payment, so I can make it right and get a replacement sent your way.

Please include your order number and, if the item arrived damaged, a photo of the damage. That helps me sort things out faster.

Digital Products

All digital products, including digital download coloring pages, color swatch templates, and any other downloadable file, are non-returnable and non-refundable due to the nature of digital goods. Once a digital file has been delivered, the sale is final.
