When can I sign up?
The club opens for new members on the 15th of every month and stays open until the last day of that month, or until all 100 spots are gone, whichever comes first. Whatever month you join in, you're signing up for the next month's bundle. Think of it less like a store that's always open and more like a little door that unlocks once a month.
Example: Join anytime during July's window and your very first envelope is the August bundle.
I want in but I can't find the sign-up button. Is it sold out?
One of two things is going on. Either it's the first half of the month and the door is simply closed (new sign-ups only open on the 15th), or this month's 100 spots already filled and I'm currently elbow-deep in vellum making them. Either way the fix is the same: the next window opens on the 15th. Hop on the email list (link's on the site) and you'll know the second it swings back open.
Why are there only 100 spots?
Because I'm one human with two hands, a day job, and a kid, and every single bundle is put together by me, not a warehouse. Capping it at 100 is how I keep the quality high, the envelopes actually going out on time, and myself from crying into a pile of stickers. It's small on purpose. You're not one of ten thousand, you're one of a hundred.
When will my bundle ship?
Bundles ship on or before the 15th of the month they're for. So the August bundle heads out on or before August 15th. If the 15th lands on a Sunday or a holiday and the post office is hibernating, it just goes out the next business day instead. It's coming. I promise it's coming.
How long does shipping take, and is there tracking?
Everything goes out first-class with a real stamp, snail-mail style, which keeps your cost down but means there's no tracking. Once it's on its way, US bundles usually arrive within about 7 to 10 business days. Hang tight, it's worth the wait.
I've waited longer than 7-10 business days. I think my mail is lost!
It's rare, but mail gremlins are real. If your bundle is running well past the estimate, email me at hello@creativemomster.com and I'll make it right.
I need to update my address.
Just email me and I'll fix it on my end so your next bundle lands in the right mailbox. Try to give me a heads-up before the 15th if you can, since that's ship day, and I'd hate for your goodies to go visit your old place without you.
I got charged again before my bundle even showed up. What gives?
Totally normal, especially in your first couple of months. Here's the unglamorous truth: your renewal bills on roughly a monthly cycle, but your bundle ships in the middle of the month. Those two calendars do not always hold hands.
So your card can tick over to the next month while the current bundle is still finding its way to your mailbox. Nothing is broken, and you are not being charged twice for the same envelope. If the timing makes your eye twitch, email me and I'll shift your billing date to later in the month so it stops sneaking up on you.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Yep. Any time. No guilt trip, no "are you SURE" popup asking you seventeen times. You can handle it yourself from the member portal (that link lives in your welcome email), or just email me and I'll sort it out. Life gets chaotic, the un-cozy kind. I get it.
Can I buy a past bundle I missed?
Yes! Once a bundle's window closes, it moves to the shop as a one-time purchase for $14.99 while they last, so you can still snag the ones you missed. Those ship on their own within a couple of business days of ordering, separate from the monthly club send-out.
